The NOMEN

The NoMen were very sad to learn of the passing of Klaus Dinger (early Kraftwerk, Neu, La Dusseldorf). He has been a major influence on our recordings especially "Space Party"' "On E" and "Positiveland". We are halfway through recording the new George the Baptist album and some of the tracks are very La Dusseldorf.
Klaus' use of restriction and candy coated melodies always seemed full of life and joy; this is what we have always aspired to.
His work in NEU! and La Dusseldorf is so timeless and beautiful. He will be sadly missed.

George Noman.

I made this music player at MyFlashFetish.com.

In Febrary 2007 George NoMen decided to compile all the songs he had recorded at the Topplers studio into one album along with some new stuff. These tracks go as far back as 2005 and also include some new versions of songs that were performed with his "real" band The Yesmen.
George NoMan sings and guitars on all the tracks, Allan NoMan does all the bass, Brian Noman plays lead guitar on "Workman/Fireman", Rafe NoMan plays keys on "What Does the Future Hold? History."
"Suppose they gave a War and nobody came" is by the West Coast Experimental Pop Art Band from about 1967
