The NoMen
have chosen some of the classic exoperimental tracks from ATV/Good Missionaries
and even a cover of a Mark Perry solo single in which he covered a Ken
Boothe reggae single!
Nasty Little Lonely is a thundering instrumental version of the killer
riff from the original. Release the Natives is a loose, trippy journey
into the Heart of Darkness... Good Times is pure Pop! (apart from the
scratchy radio play of the intro!) The Good Missionary is another trippy
experimental soundscape and Splitting Two rocks up a throbbing tribal
storm. The Force is just weird... but not as weird as the original. Down
on Me is the Ken Boothe reggae cover released as a solo Mark Perry single
sometime in the eighties. Mr Luggs excells himself in a guest appearance
playing Drums AND Bass!
THE NoMEN
WERE:
Lewis NoMan - Vocals
George NoMan - Vocals, Guitar
Allan NoMan - Bass, Guitar
Mr Luggs - Drum'n'Bass and Xylophone on Down on Me
